This Speyside malt has flavours of pepper, caramel and toffee, with a finish that is quite long.

AUCHENTOSHAN ~ 10YR ~ $10

This lowland malt uses peat and water from the nearby highlands, but still retains the light, clean feel of a lowland malt, leaving hints of citrus, honey and vanilla.

DALWHINNIE ~ 15YR ~ $12

In Gaelic this means "meeting place". This malt has a sweet, floral, honied flavour, with just a hint of peat.

This lowland, medium-weight scotch with spicy caramel and vanilla tones leaves a slight dry mouth feel on the palate.
